NetMon 1.0.0 network tool

A GUI IP network sniffer tool that can capture the network package and dump to screen or put the data to a plugin
Monitor the network package and dump the binary or put to customizable plugins. NetMon is an utility designed to help the network application developpers.

It can support both raw sock and WinPCAP. But, due to the windows bug, under WindowsXP SP1 (fixed on SP2) and Vista raw sock can NOT caputre the sending package.

After Install winPCAP driver and dll, netmon can detect and use it automatically.
